The Project Admin can determine which pieces of information should be collected.
Basic types of data exist, but the P-Admin just configures what they are. Date, Person, Integer, Text, Large-Text are just a few basic types. Sometimes you only want to collect data when other data is defined, or defined with an exact value. This is very easy to configure.
